Overnight Mega Protein Oats

Who doesn't love to wake up and have healthy breakfast waiting?! Now you can all on your own, without asking anyone to serve you in bed. Here is a recipe for high protein oatmeal that you make in jars, place in the refrigerator and violà you have a healthy breakfast waiting for your favorite spoon. Enjoy!

Place the following ingredients as listed in a mason jar:
-1/3 cup of Bob’s Red Mill Rolled Oats
-1/2 cup of almond mylk (see my recipe or use your own)
-1/2 scoop SunWarrior Protein Powder (or use your own)
-1 tbsp sprouted almond butter
-1 tsp chia seeds
-1 tsp cinnamon
-5-10 drops Stevia (to taste)
-Handful of organic blueberries
