YL Gluten-Free Vegan Protein Blueberry Pancakes

-1 cup Young Living's Gluten Free Pancake - Waffle mix
-Almond Milk
-1/2 scoop (21g) Vanilla Plant-based Protein Powder (Vega or SunWarrior are my favs!)
-Organic blueberries
-1 tsp coconut oil
-2 tbsp Young Living Ningxia Berry Syrup

Place 1 cup of pancake mix in bowl. Stir in almond milk until mixture is a smooth paste-like consistency. Slowly add protein powder to mix. As the mixture gets thicker, you may need to add more almond milk (the mix should be creamy & smooth with no lumps and not watery). Pre-heat a frying pan with 1 tsp of coconut oil. Add the mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add blueberries. Once slightly brown on the bottom, flip and cook other side until lightly brown. Transfer to plate and drizzle 2 tbsp of Young Living's Ningxia Berry Syrup on top.
