Whether we want to relax on the weekends or our schedules are chock-full of activities, nothing is better than having a few quick healthy recipes on hand to get the day going!
It is so quick and easy to make these delicious, gluten-free, vegan, protein packed, blueberry pancakes it’s almost scary! But fortunately there is nothing to hold you back. This recipe takes less than 2 minutes to put together and approximately 6 minutes to make. Below is a small list of ingredients you will need and the recipe. YL Gluten-Free Vegan Protein Blueberry Pancakes -1 cup Young Living's Gluten Free Pancake - Waffle mix -Almond Milk -1/2 scoop (21g) Vanilla Plant-based Protein Powder (Vega or SunWarrior are my favs!) -Organic blueberries -1 tsp coconut oil -2 tbsp Young Living Ningxia Berry Syrup Place 1 cup of pancake mix in bowl. Stir in almond milk until mixture is a smooth paste-like consistency. Slowly add protein powder to mix. As the mixture gets thicker, you may need to add more almond milk (the mix should be creamy & smooth with no lumps and not watery). Pre-heat a frying pan with 1 tsp of coconut oil. Add the mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add blueberries. Once slightly brown on the bottom, flip and cook other side until lightly brown. Transfer to plate and drizzle 2 tbsp of Young Living's Ningxia Berry Syrup on top.
