Even though, Rosemary essential oil provides a strong, savory taste to marinades, meals and dressings, this powerful essential oil is actually best used for aiding in memory, cleansing sacred spaces, relieving arthritic & rheumatic pain, and even preventing hair loss!
Due to its numerous applications, Rosemary essential oil is historically known as one of the world’s most popular medicinal plants. Rosemary (Rosmarinus Officials) is an evergreen native to the Mediterranean. Latin for “dew of the sea”, Rosemary has a deep history dating back to ancient Egypt and can even be found in the writings of Shakespeare. Scholars in ancient Greece were known to wear Rosemary to assist in memory for tests.
Today, we still have the ability to take advantage of this amazing oil. I personally start my morning by placing 5 drops of Rosemary therapeutic grade essential oil on the floor of my shower before hopping in. The smell is vibrant and clarifying, which is a perfect start to the long work day ahead. During certain days, I will diffuse Rosemary throughout my home. (Precautions, those with epilepsy or hypertension should avoid the use of Rosemary essential oil.)

"Kick The Dandruff" Recipe Combine the following in a mixing bowl: -2oz. of Organic Jojoba Oil -15 drops of Rosemary Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil -10 drops of Tea Tree Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil After washing your hair in a warm shower and towel drying, work mixture into the roots of hair and scalp. Cover hair with a shower cap and wrap in a towel to keep warmth in. If it is sunny and the weather is warm, sit outside and read a book or have a cup of tea to assist with keeping the hair and mixture warm. Leave on for 1-2 hours, then wash with warm water first then with shampoo and conditioner. Repeat 1-2x per week.
